SUMMARY STATUTES

AN ACT to reform and consolidate the law relating to children, to provide for the rights of the child, maintenance, and adoption, to regulate child labour and apprenticeship, for ancillary matters concerning children generally and to provide for related matters.

Domestic relationship means a family relationship or one that is similar to a family relationship or a relationship in a domestic situation that has existed or exists.

​AN ACT to amend and consolidate the laws relating to labour, employers, trade unions and industrial relations; to establish a National Labour Commission and to provide for matters related to these.
